Should I tell my personal trainer about my eating disorders?

I have been hiring the same personal trainer for 1.5 years now. He knew I have been over weight, but doesn't know I was into binge eating due to stress couple of years back, and that I have been suffering from bulimia for the past 3 years, and that I am occationally popping the pill (Duromine)..... Without knowing this, he has helped me achieved my weight loss result.... but I feel I am obligated to let him know what I have been going through. But is it too late to tell? Would he understand my point?

Would you go to a doctor and not tell him what you were experiencing and expect the best results?
He might not understand but he will obviously help you. It essential you let him know.
Tell.
I think u should tell him..that way he's be able to help you more..and I think he will understand why u didnt tell him n everythin's gonna be fine hopefully..bye4now..c..
Your personal trainer is sort of like your doctor. You should always be open with him and tell him everything that concerns your health because he won't be able to give you the proper prescriptions. He might even make you do something that isn't good for you since he didn't know that you did or took something.

Always be open even if it seems trivial. It's better to over-kill the situation than miss out the important details.
Tell him and your MD.
You'd better tell him. He needs to know. But I know he'll understand!
