What are some positive lifestyle choices that could help to reduce or prevent eating disorders?

eating disorders are mental. many initiate from long term abuse, it really isn't thin Models or Men that cause eating disorders as mush as it is a persons neurological status.
I'm not sure I believe that a "lifestyle change" can do the job. I think it has an awful lot to do with self-image, and that starts in childhood for most people.
Well, for overeating, I'd say only buying and keeping enough food in the house that you only need, and not food you want. Limit how much is in the house and you'll be able to more easily try and limit how much you eat. It will save some money, as well.
drink more water.
Eat healthier. More veggies and friuts as alternatives to high sodium snacks and sweets.
