Can u lose 100 pounds in 3 months with out pills , surgury or any eating disorders? |
I wanna lose 100 pounds any ideas,suggestions,diets,workou... plans any of you yahoo answers people have for me will be greatly apprieciated. Current status 6'0ft 300lbs no major health probs as of last physical in september for football. played football freshman year (Defensive and Offensive lineman) African American still work out just not vigorously There are no miracles, I am afraid. 100 pounds means 45,45kg. What's reasonable in loosing weight is around 1-2 kg per week. There are many dietas, people still invent new ones to write the books and earn the money. However the best is what I call EH (Eat Half)!!!. If you lost 2 kg/w x4ws x 3months = 24kg. Drasticly reducing weight, like 4kg/week may result in illness, especially you, very tall active guy. Man needs around 3000 cal/day, so you need to reduce it to a half of it. These are my tips: - buy a book telling noutritious value and on how many calories are in the products. Try to write every day what u ate and summerize in calories. What you need during your course is: 1) determination, 2) consistency, 3) honesty (you cannot cheat!) I say you can have whatever you want to eat, even some sweets from time to time under condition not to eat over limit of 2000! The catch is people are recently obsessed on eating less fat and sugar, but in fact your body needs that too. Quantity is a clue. For a big portion for dinner consider cooking loads of veg. Filling the stomage by boiled veg you deliver vitamins+minerals and only little qty of calories! If meat - not roasted, not fried but boiled! The best option is soup, chicken (without skin) or beef+veg. Yammie! No way you're hungry. Do not be surprised if after first month you do not loose much weight, that's what body does, saves calories on distribution and reserves of energy. Do exercises. Continue until your habits change. Drink a lot of juices and mineral (still!)water. Water cleans body and fills stomage, so you won't eat too much at a time. Effects guarantied. |
