Eating Disorder! Please help!? |
Im a 15 yeear old guy. When i got into highschool (this year) i had a really hard times making friends because im so quiet. I joined the wrestling team because i like the fighting arts. I have always been told that im skinny by people before but now i was being told by my coaches that i need to lose wieght. I had a very low body fat percentage at the time(%11) and now im sure its even lower. After eating i would become afraid of geting fat so i would exercise. I especially liked the wrestling team because they worked us like dogs everyday and along with not eating i was on my way to the perfect weight. NOw im more concerned with being completely solid with rock hard muscles and little to no body fat. I take in caffine to keep my appetite down and eat 1 to two normal portions everyday. I feel fat in my upper arm in the direction that faces my back. I feel fat on the thighs. i think i look too skinny but try to get thinner still NOTE:behavior comes off in on in 2week to monthlong cycles I don't really know what the question is but i think that you should go to a treapist or tell someone that isn't healthy and if you want to be able to wrestle next year you should eat because you will get sick if you don't trust me i know talk to your mom or dad they can help...they'll understand Heyy whats going on?? Well it's not really all that clear what you are asking but if it's for help, then I guess you should get some. I'm not gonna say that you're stupid. cuz i kinda have a itty bitty ED too. IDK..it's a loaded subject because of what people think and say. But hey, don't be stupid either. Just stay fit but don't starve yourself completely....It'll work out in the end, just have confidence in yourself. <3 ya personal experience. Your parents may not understand...unfortunately. Please seek help from them first, but know you may have to seek help from a guidance counselor as well. If you don't already have an eating disorder, you may be well on your way to one. You are in a tough position....know that there is help out there though. Your life is more important than wrestling...try to remember that. |
