Eating disorder?

Is this a sign of anorexia? Cold hands/feet, constipation/bloating, slight hair loss, obsession with losing weight, exersize, and calorie counting. Not overweight, about 5 pounds over minimal normal weight, but wants to lose more.

It's possible that you're on your way to becoming anorexia. However, the first diagnostic criteria for anorexia is being underweight. For diagnostic purposes, the BMI is used to determine that any one less than 85% of the expected body weight would be a cause for concern.

Restricting food intake isn't the only type of anorexia. There are two subtypes: one is the restricting type, which is not eating, or severely limiting your intake of food.
The other type is the binging and purging type, which is of course characterized by eating a lot of food, then throwing it up. This is distinguished from bulimia in that, the anorexia subtype requires that the person is underweight.

So, the main difference between the binging/purging subtype of anorexia and bulimia is the person's body weight.no sounds like you need help thogh.
I'm not sure, but you/or that person should go to a doctor and ask them if that could be it.
no i think. because i think anorexia is when u eat, u always want to throw up all u have eaten because ur afraid that ull get fat. and u cant help it. u just want to throw up every time
Just make sure you don't go under weight or at least lose too much weight and you should be ok, it's when it becomes a habit that its a problem maybe you should try taking a break and giving your self a rest.
Hair loss is a sign of malnutrition, from either starving or lack of nutrients in your diet. Eat healthier immediately or consult a doctor
