Eating Disorder - what happens in the shower?

I think I know what's going on now, but can anyone confirm what most people with eating disorders are doing in the shower.

Washing?

Washing themselves... obviously.

... Possibly masturbating too.
But then that applies whether they have the eating disorder or not.
Wow, I obviously do not have an eating disorder.

What do you think is going on in the shower?
my guess is that the Bulimics are using the sound of the shower to drown out the sound of them vomiting.
I don't think showering had anything to do with eating disorder. eating disorder is mainly problems with eating and not wanting to eat.

I would say the only way the two are connected is if they jump in the shower right after eating and yes it is known to turn on the shower just so you can puke and no one hear you ...though if they eat heavy foods it should clog up the drain and I don't know anyone who wants to clean concentrated vomit that has human filth on it.
