Beginning of an Eating Disorder? im 5'4" MALE, goin for 120 im at 135 now and I'm vegetarian?

I calculate how many cals/fat/sugar i eat at the end of the day- usually its: 400-600cals/8g fat/10g of sugar; and I workout in the morning-swim at night, then run for an hour nxt day-swim at night, n again workout n so on. Sometimes when I eat,i keep thinking how much fat there is in the food n so i decide to spit it out, cut it to pieces n throw it out-so i end up not eating or eating 25% of the amount. and then i feel better doing that or just going into my fridge n throwing out food that i think is fatty;anythin wid more than 2g fat/1g sugar / serving
all my groceries r in that range of nutritions, if more id only eat a quantity that wont exceed that amount
I used to self purge but I stopped/I never starved myself longer than 3 days and it was only once
i got alot of enrgy thru the day-it took me a while to get used to eatin like this-i used to feel like faintin, now im fine-i just think im too over doing it and i need a pro. to tell me how much can i eat and lose weight fast

I wouldn't say it's the beginning of an eating disorder, rather, according to your comments, a full fledged one. Find out from a doctor how many calories you need to consume per day. What you're doing/have done is dangerous for your health. Seek counseling to work through your food issues. If you are eating recommended portion sizes of low fat foods and exercising like that, then you need to be eating 5-6 small meals a day. Consult a doctor and nutrionist immediately.
Don't count calories or limit how much you eat. Eat the foods that are really healthy. Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad fats, water retention and secret trick used by models to flatten their tummy before an event. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculator to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age).

You can force your body to lose weight with not enough calories, but if you continue it, you will starve to death. With an abundance of healthy foods, you lose weight just as fast, but only until you reach your ideal weight. You can continue eating this way the rest of your life and always be at your ideal weight.

5'4" and 120 is very small for a man. You have to realize muscle weighs more than fat, so don't rely on the scales to tell you if your fat or fit, when you are with-in the BMI for your size.
400-600 calories is not enough for anyone! You are seriously compromising your health the way you are eating. I suggest you see a doctor and a nutritionist.
you are going to mess your body up if you keep going like this. your body NEEDS fats or you will die. u need to see a doctor about this. you will start getting sick more often also. being a vegitarian will not help either. you need to eat lean protien. fish and chicken are great for you.
