I may have a eating disorder? I only eat llike a water and sometimes a yogurt???? I agree w/ "Lindsey" u just don't eat huge portions like most Americans...U could do better on the nutrition aspect though. Eat more veggies and try the vitamin waters out there...If u r surviving 30 dayz like this w/o eating a "meal" then I would worry. No, you probably just don't want to eat a lot. You may have one if you only drink water and have one yogurt a day, but otherwise you are just eating less. What's WRONG with you? Don'tcha ever eat?!?!? anywat, um, as long as you are getting the right nutrition and you dont think that you have to be like, supa dupa thin, you'll be fine, BTW, Im 13, about 130lbs. and 5'8" too!! Like, we could SO be long lost twins! U need to get more variety in your diet, or you can starve yourself. Besides, yogurt is just mold. Hope that makes u change your mind. yeah u are sick. water and yoghurt!? if u are not sick then soon u will be. u'll ruin your stomach. dont u want to bite on something now and then like three times a day. lets say start with a piece of bread with cream? Yep, you're anorexic & gonna die unless you get help. Ummm...how do you eat water? If you're able to ask that question, then probably not. Most people who have anorexia/bulemia are anorexic/bulemic because they want to be thin. That is what an anorexic diet would usually consist of, but that's all they ALLOW themselves to have in order to lose weight. So it depends, is this your limited lunch because you're insecure about weight, or is that all you care to have. You might just have a small appetite. |
