Do I have an eating disorder?

I eat 1 cup of noodles soup a day and if i get hungry after that i eat carrots. I weigh myself 3 times a day. I'm getting to tired to exercise. I need to know if i need help.

Yes, I would say that is anorexia. You're purposely restricting your food intake and if you're too tired to work out, you're not taking in enough calories to maintain normal body function. You need to speak to your doctor immediatley. As someone who has struggled with eating disorders off and on over the years, I would say you need to see someone. It's not healthy to weigh yourself 3 times a day. I used to be the same way and now I only weigh myself like maybe once a week or so. You can get better from this! Just keep a positive attitude and know that you can do it. You're not alone!
Yes you need help. You are malnourished and not eating enough to keep a bird alive so to speak. Get help now before you wind up in the hospital from being sick and possibly dying from this.
Absolutely! And you know you do, too. so get up from the computer and go get help.
All that salt in the soup and nothing to absorb it will make your BP go sky high.Eat something stupid.
If what you said is pretty much the only thing you eat then yes i think you have a problem. You need to talk to someone you trust (family member, friend, etc.) so they can help you get the help you need. Don't beat yourself up over this. Lots of women and girls suffer from eating disorders. You may think you're alone but trust me, your not.
will you need to eat more than that as of getting tired to exercise that is from not eating you do need help so see your GP when you can
You may have an eating disorder, or you are just being stupid.

Eat some other vegetables, beans, fruit and a bowl of oatmeal instead of the ramen and you'll be better off.
