Is there a name for an eating disorder where an individual eats alot of food while half asleep? |
I will wake up in the middle of the night craving sweets and half the time I am half asleep when the cravings happen. I will binge eat anything that has sugar in it. I will walk up the next morning really sick to my stomach because of all the food I have eaten the night before. I don't know if there's a name for this. But you can try drinking a big glass of water or juice when this happens. Sometimes your body is just dehydrated and makes you think you're hungry. Happens to me. |
