This is nothing to be ashamed of, but it does sound like a problem. If you had a broken leg or the flu, you would visit a doctor who could help heal you...that is exactly what a psychologist does for lots of people that have the same worries as you! If you are a young person, I would talk with your parents about this and see if they will get you some counselling. If you are an adult, you must take matters into your own hands. This is a very difficult thing to conquer, but I know you can do it! You cannot do it on your own, you absolutely need a support system and people who will keep you in check. Good luck my dear! Sounds like you may need some counseling. Find someone who works with eating disorders and go talk with them. Eating disorders aren't cool, they can and do kill. Yes, you have serious body image issues and need medical and psychological help This may be a possibility ( since you are a petite female and run every day). Please see a counsellor or medical professional to access you. ( in the end; no matter what any of us say on Y! Answers; you would still need to physically be seen by someone -God bless!! You could be headed that way. especially if you are keep getting ,more obsessed with your weight and body image.you might want to read up on what aneroxia really does to you, it's not pretty and can be deadly if not treated. It's a mental disease and not a weigh loss plan. Talk to a professional. If your are in school your counselor can probably help you as well as your parents yes, i would say you do have a disorder. Are you under 18? Try to make an appointment with your doctor and be completely honest with them, and they will lead you in the direction of help yeah, you're being extreme. chill out, life doesn't end with weight gain. and people may find you more attractive with womanly curves. |
