I just got over a eating disorder I went on a crash diet?

do u know a good diet i could get on

I used to have an eating disorder myself. Diets don't work for long term weight loss. Just avoid junk, eat 6 small meals a day, drink 8 glasses of water, eat whole foods, avoid fat and carbs, and exercise regularly.
All bacon and beer.
instead of viewing it as a diet, why dont you just follow the rules below ?
1. eat before 7pm. after that, no more food.
2. cut back on your carbs and sugar.
3. exercise at least 3 times a week.

thats it.
If you just got over an eating disorder, you should not consider going on an unsupervised diet. Ask your Dr. what are the best and most healthful foods you can eat to maintain a healthy weight and feel good. He may want to give you certain recommendations, especially if you body has gone through a phase where it's lacked certain vitamins or minerals.
In any event, in a general sense, you should try a balanced diet: have some orange juice, coffee with milk and some toast for breakfast. Take fruit snacks in between meals or yogurt or cheese if you are hungry; try having a good protein source (chicken-fish-meat) for lunch and dinner, and pair it with vegetables or salad. It's much healthier to use olive oil as a cooking fat; and olive oil and vinegar as a salad dressing.
You should try to make yourself a plan such that every week you have had a little bit of everything: rice, pasta, potatoes, green vegetables, legumes, fish, chicken, eggs, meat, fruit, bread, dairy products etc.
Please visit a nutritionist and have them recommend the diet that's best for you. This will do the best for your health & figure.
Good luck.
do not diet... you should rather follow a good diet regime and eat healthy..
