My Friend May Have An EATING DISORDER... ANSWER!!........? |
Okay, I think my friend has a BIG problem. (READ) This is what she eats at lunch for school: -a REALLY small thing of yogurt (seriously, its on of those REALLY small yogurt things) -a couple pieces of salad (seriously, just a couple pieces, you can eat it in three bites) -like ten grapes (im not counting, but just very few) Then after shes done eating, she says "IM STUFFED!" How can you be stuffed after eating practically nothing???? (answer that PLEASE!!) She also works out at the gym alot. She doesn't think shes shes "fat" but she doesn't think she is skinney, even though she is She skips breakfast She is 110 pounds and was excited she lost 3 pounds She counts her calories (EVERY calorie) She likes exersise. Shes always depressed about how she looks. She hates all her clothes. She constantly is blabering about her appearance and how she isn't really pretty when she is. What is wrong with her??? Seriously. She has issues. (not trying to be mean but she does) Thankss =D my friend was like that a few months ago, it turned out she was bulimic, i'm not saying your friend is, but it might help if you ask her some questions about it. don't make it too obvious though, you don't want to make it look like you're criticizing her lifestyle You have already asked this. I think you are talking about yourself. Move on. wow....... get help. im not joking this will spiral down really baddd... Your friend does sound like she's gone over the top on the dieting scale of things! Confront her about things but not too harshly because that could cause worse results... just tell her she's looking a little tired lately and if she needs to talk you're there... if things continue to get worse confront someone who can help about her problem because if she's just begun to do this maybe you can stop it before it gets full blown I'm not a doctor, but your friend needs help. Can you talk to her parents or a teacher? |
