I think i have an eating disorder..how to fix it? |
i have been eating less than 1000 calories for a while and im finally at the weight i want. how do i add the calories back in to a normal amount (like 1200) with out gaining the weight back? try adding 100 cals a day for a week, then the next week take it up another 100 cals. If you have a sound workout program 200 cals wont even touch you it will just help with energy. But do make sure it is a clean 200 cals such as a handful of dry roasted natural state almonds or an extra serving of veggies at eat meal. Dont be affraid of the fat in the almonds it is a healthy fat and believe it or not our bodies do need a little bit of fat. Just not the gross deep fried fat. Add 25 calories back every two days. I went from 500 calories to 1500 calories and still maintained my anorexic weigth not even trying to. I was just so scared of eating. my once anorexic self If you do have an eating disorder then you need to get help from a doctor, therapist or some one you trust because you can die from it eventually. |
