yes. anorexia and bulimia put a lot of stress on the heart and other internal organs. the use of diuretics and laxatives also contribute to this.

Yes, because it is not the weight it is the undernutrition that is the problem and you can get all sorts of infections from this as well.
yes you can...i had a friend who was a severe bulimic...she was still within her normal body weight range and looked healthy and fit...because of her throwing up, it ate a hole in her esophagus, she developed ulcers and she has major cardiac problems...they gave her 6 months to live because her heart was in such horrible condition
yes. your body starts to shut down right away if oyu stop eating nomatter your size. hair and teath can fall out fingernails also. yes you can die from eating disorders even if your not under weight.

Yes you can. The effects on the kidneys, liver, and body are the same. The body will become weak and the fat stores will be used. Over time, if continued, the body will become underweight. If stopped before underweight happens, you may gain more fat back as a survival mechanism
yes you can. You can be deficient in minerals/vitamins that you need, which can interrupt homeostasis blah blah blah and you end up dead.

That is why a well rounded diet with lots of variety is good for you so you don't die.
