Does my friend have a eating disorder?

my best friend refuses to eat any thing for serval days now

i want to get her help if she need it but i'm not sure what i should do?

First of all, approach your friend LIGHTLY. Don't suddenly come up to her and go off on her for not eating. And don't monitor what she eats and when she eats every moment. That will only make it worse for her. Ask her what's going on and why she isn't eating. If she tells you, listen. If she doesn't, tell her you will always be there for her. If/when she tells you, go with her to a councelor or a parent, either hers or yours. The best thing you can do to help your friend is to be with her. As for websites, I'm sorry I don't have any. its not sites you need its a doctor.She needs medical help now, cos if that girl ain't eating anything she;s goner end up dead for sure. get a doctor to come see her if she wont go to them .good luck
okay you need to tell your friend if they do not eat they will get fat, their body will hold on to their water fat because she is starving herself!!!
you are doing the right thing by showing concern about your friend and supporting her. ask her about it but dont force her to tell you it could push her away. there could be reasons why shes not eating like something happening at home try to find out.
