I think I have an eating disorder? |
I think I have an eating disorder. I feel immsense guilt if I eat anything bad and then throw it up. Or if I dont do that I eat very little and exercise religously... I am afraid to tell my husband, and I dont know what to do.... Well my husband knows about mine, so unless you want help I wouldn't tell him. He will follow you around the house, always checking the toilet, making you go out to eat so you can't throw it up, and so forth. So if you are serious, you need to figure out whether you want help or not, then go from there. If you do, you better make sure you absolutely want to stop, I've been hospitalized for it. I don't want too, so there is no helping me right now. It's called Anorexia. and you need to get help. Your husband is a really good place to start. doctor, husband, close friend, close family member. talk to them you need to tell your husband.....and you need a doctor...i'd get help fast! You do have a problem, I would advice to seek professional help, its a mind over matter issue, external help is way better than fighting this on your own. Tell him. He won't hate you and he will probably be glad to be able to help you. Get counseling before it ruins your teeth and heart. You are beautiful just the way you are and 5lbs will not make or break you. Good LUCK! |
