Is this counted as an eating disorder? Do I need help? |
I've been extremely stressed recently, tons of work lots of responsibilities, and i find myself drinking only a cup of coffee in the morning and only eat like 1/4 plate full of rice during dinner and a little meat. I'm a guy and I definitely don't have a self-esteem problem. But i'm just not as hungry as I have been before all my work. I'm about 51kg and 174cm (I used to be 60kg). Just kinda worried about myself. WHOA! Not eating right can actually lead to more stress on your body. With all your responsibilities, your body is hitting overdrive everyday. You HAVE to find a way to sit down, relax, and EAT something. I'm not saying go eat an entire pizza, or a jumbo platter from Taco Bell, but a sandwich, or a fresh salad may do you some good. Also, see if you can't delegate some of those mental stressors to another day. You cannot let yourself get to the point of breakdown. If this happens, serious medical problems may present themselves. If you need anymore advice, my email is always open Sun night thru Thurs night. Source(s): ME (Laureate Psyciatric Clinic and Hospital Staff Memeber) you know darn well thats bad, eat like a normal person. I know when im stressed i don't want to eat much. I think if anything, you need to talk to a doctor about your stress. I think if you can deal with your stress better you will get back to normal eating. See your M.D..ASAP. go to kfc.c if u still have an eating disorder.if u still do.think of tha pipo who cant afford a meal then thank GOD you can have one. Yes your eating habits are realy bad. You must have proper meal at proper time. You are under weight. Beware you should it on time ,how much hardly matters but you must eat 4 times. If you don't feel hungry than take Cyprohepatidine tabs, appetite will come. You will feel extremly hungry & you must not starv, it can be bad for you. |
