I think I have an eating disorder.? |
I eat three meals a day and then I have fruits and veggies as snacks. Plus I chug water all day. I am 5'3 and weigh 120 lbs. I dont know what to do. I gag when I have to eat junk food. Sadly, many people assume that if you are not emaciated or purging (throwing up), you do not suffer from an eating disorder. This is NOT the case. If you are intentionally restricting your caloric intake to maintain your 120lbs, that's not good. More important in determining if you have an eating disorder, or disordered eating, is how you feel about food and body. Your FINE! well it depends if those meals have enough calories! Even when on a diet the least amount you should eat a day is 1,200 but to me you sound healthy! actually you sound like an extremely sensible and healthy eater and have a healthy weight. i wonder what makes you think you have a disorder... So what's your problem, moron? |
