Is there any cure for my eating disorder? |
I always am hungry for large bananas and cucumbers and I tend to just stick whole thing in mouth but then I gag and choke and barf. It's causing some suffocation and choking pain and I want to get cured so what should I do? Should I nibble instead of gobble? Cut them up into bite size pieces and eat one at a time. Enjoy them piece by piece. Yum yum. If you really do this, stick the whole thing in your mouth and gag and choke, I would think you would have not done that after the first time, and if you really have to do that, then you may need to seek counseling. I'd consider trying that in public restrooms at night-time. I'm sure someone will cure what ails you. concider your self lucky that you arent suffering a serious problem! maybe what you really have is an attention disorder!!!!! Go get yourself hypnotise? See a doctor! You should eat slowly. Putting everything in your mouth is, absolutely, not good since you can not chew your food correctly. If you do this, there is a chance that the food is not well digested and causing the throat can not slides the food to your stomach. I have an advice from a body builder: that people should chew the food in their mouth appropriately. As a rule of thumb, the body builder said to chew it , at least, for 5 consecutive chews. |
