Does this mean I have an eating disorder?

I am 18 years old and weigh 99 pounds (i am 5'1)
recently I have lost a lot of weight because I simply cant eat. Food just makes me feel really sick.

Maybe. You are underweight...but is this because you are not eating deliberatlely, or are you legitimately sick when you eat food? Either way, you NEED to see a doctor. It's not just about weight, you are probably not getting a lot of important nutrients if you are not eating.
maybe u should see a doctor
Not necessarily. Find out what causes this aversion to food. Did you feel fat before you lost the weight? What were your eating habits like before? You're not telling us a lot about yourself so it's hard to say what's going on.
If you're worried and feel that something's wrong with you, you should seek professional help.
At 18 and 4'11" i only weighed 85 lbs the reason I couldn't eat and hold anything down was because I was so stressed out literal. No matter what I ate it made me throw up. The doctors finally found out I had gerd. An acid reflux once that got taken care of I was okay.
Go to a doctor and it explain it in detail.
