It has all the support you[and I] need. Source(s): Experience
People with eating disorders don't often want to admit it so i wouldn't expect many people with eating disorders to answer. But i have a friend who had an eating disorder so i will answer the right thing is getting treatment and to surround yourself with supportive people who understand so good on you for admitting you have a eating disorder and best wishes for your attempt/attempts at rectifying it.
Good luck !
I struggled with anorexia and bulimia for several years in my late teens and early 20s. I am fine now, and have been for a long time. I am here to tell you that you CAN get better (if I can, anyone can!) but you have to be willing to accept help in order to change the way you approach food (and life in general, IMHO). At the time I was sick, there was no such thing as a treatment center for EDs, so I can't speak to that, but I know they are available now and can be very helpful. I used a very good therapist and learned how to take care of myself instead of using food to control my life and my feelings.

Good luck. Remember you can get healthy!
