HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think i got binge eating disorder?



Im not fat am a very tall and skinny kid with a high metabolic rate but daily i cud eat 6000+ calories. People say it will affect me when im old and less active. Is there any advice that will make me regulate to Normal. ?

I EAT WHEN IM BOARED OR WHEN IM DONE WITH THE DAYS AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITY AND NOT IN A FRIENDS HOUSE OR not in sports training. I EAT lemme tell you what i had to day


For break fast i had two hot dogs and 3 handfuls of chIps

For Brunch i ate A WHOLE BEN AND JERRY'S ICE CREAM AND CHOCOLATE DIGESTIVES

IN BETWEEN - IVE EATEN 3 MULLER YOGHURTS

AND IN 20 MINUITES AM BOUT TO HAVE A MASSIVE DINNER.


CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO REGULATE MY EATING HABITS Because i dont want to be obesse when im in my early 20's or 30's coz i hope to take up sports as a proffession

Your metabolism is way out of control. Eating that amount of food would make a normal person ill. You might have some sort of glandular problem - your thyroid for example. Maybe have a word with your doctor.

Also - are you only eating WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY and only eating until you STOP being hungry? Because if you're just eating for the sake of eating that's a really bad habit to get into.

Your diet is also utterly dreadful. You're living on hot dogs, chips and ice cream. You may be skinny but you'll almost certainly NOT be when you're older. You're also heading towards serious vitamin and mineral deficiencies which can lead to bone and blood disorders, not to mention high cholesterol.

When you do eat, try and eat healthier food like fruit. Also only eat when you're hungry - snacking from boredom is never a good habit to develop. You need to develop some self-discipline too. And talk to your doctor about why your metabolism is so high.
CHRIST!!!!! you are eating about three times as much as i do. I took a nutrition class and there is a calculation as to how many calories you should consume in a day. i am around 2000 cals a day.
First thing i would do if i was you; stop eating JUNK FOOD. eat lots of good stuff but not lots of crap. then work on smaller portions.
