How should i do not to be eating disorder?

I want to be slim but I dont't want to be eating disoreder.

#ok...let's kick-start,now!

#Start exercising.Do stomach crunches,sit-ups,running or anything you want but you have to do it everyday and make sure it's a working-up-a-sweat exercise otherwise it's no good.
#Eat less, drink more.Drink at least 2 litres of water a day to wash out your toxins and help lose weight faster.
#Don't go over-the top about food.A little cheese on your pasta isn't going to bite you,so don't go absolutely obsessed about it...by the way, this causes stress and can also cause anger and moodswings (true fact).
#Go ahead! Have your once a week treat, like a bag of crisps or chocolate,or if you simply don't want to,reward yourself with a gift or a massage - it is important.
#If you do this and stick with it, you will lose up to 2.2 lbs a week or even more.
TRUE FACTS.............
#If you are a bit desperate for something sweet, but worried if you are going to ruin your diet,STOP! Go off to your local sweet shop or wherever, and pick something low-cal,you won't gain anything if you eat them in moderation.
#When you are going off to the gym or if your gonna do some exercise somewhere, don't forget to take some tissues with you to wipe the sweat off your skin, and the most important is,your face; because when your face is sweaty, your pores open, and the dirt takes a little trip in to the pores, and when you start to cool down, the pores close and they can creat blemishes/spots...so be careful!
# Sip water between meals so you won't be so hungry for that sweet,sugary,fat-gaining dessert.
STRESS BUSTERS.....
#don't forget to relax! Put on the relaxation music, and go to sleep if you wish!
#Before going to bed,put a few drops of lavanda on your pillow, this is a great stress buster, and also helps you sleep.

I hope this full diet-plan helps you! xxx
1200 calories a day 3-4 days of working out for 30-60 mins a week...you will lose slower than if you eat hardly anything, but you will not have an eating disorder and that slower you lose weight that slower your body can gain it back...if you are aneorexic and eat nothing you lose fast but as soon as you start to eat again, you gain it all back!

Eat healthily, check fat levels on food anything more then 4g out of 100g is not good and check required daily calorie intake, this way you can have the occasional treat and take plenty of exercise.
Huh? Is it just me or does your question make no sense? We're all allowed the odd typo, but seriously!

If you're asking how to slim, then first figure out what your ideal weight should be, then (assuming you are over weight) eat less and exercise more to achieve it. It's a fairly simple sum: calories in shouldn't exceed calories out. If you are already within a healthy weight range & are thinking of dieting then the horse may have already bolted with regards the eating disorder & I'd suggest speaking to your GP/Doctor.

Unfortunately we live in a world of quick fixes... we'd rather take a pill or have an operation than just do the maths, look at our eating habits & lifestyles. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. Do some daily gentle exercise, you don't need to go to a class or gym, just walk briskly when you walk, use the stairs etc.

Try Paul McKenna's "I Can Make You Thin" for a hypnotherapy approach, but ultimately the power lies within.

Good luck, perhaps thinking in terms of "I want to be healthy and live a long life" will be more useful than just focusing on body image alone :-)
hi, stick to a diet, of 1500 calories a day, with a limit on saturated fat of 4g per 100g. and complete 4 sessions of excersise compirising of 15 minutes each time. this wil enable you to lose weight effectivly and properly without you becoming an eating disorder statistic.
