Somebody help me please. I think I have an eating disorder, all I want to do all the time is eat.....?

To put it frankly. The highlight of my day is to eat. Not healthy food, but fast food and junk food. Food makes me happy while I am eating it and then I am full of anger and regrets when I am done, not to mention I don't feel very good. The other thing too is I can't just get a normal size meal, I have to get 2 helpings or 2 combos, or eat a whole big bag of chips....etc. Needless to say I am overweight. I have tried to stop and have been able to go while without binging on junk, but then I am feeling really hungry all the time and I get headaches. I do enjoy doing other things and I work a lot too, but I have a job where I can work at eat at the same time. It's a neverending thing it seems. Anyway, any advice? Anyone been through this and succeeded? Please help.

if i were you, I'd write something on my wall to remind me each day,that "if i don't stop eating, i am going to have very serious problems in the future such as heart failure ......including death"
Why don't you set yourself a target each day? e.g "today i am not going to [ this food] other wise,....."
I think you should change your job so you can stop eating except lunch,brake... When you do feel guilty, do 20 press-up to tell your self " i shouldn't have eaten [ food ] , this is what i get for eating it.

And remember, eat in moderation . To me, you can eat what you want, BUT only eat a little. instead of having cola, have tap juice [ water ] ( or bottled water, i dunno, i live in England)
GOOD LUCK !! =>
See a doctor/nutritionist/therapist. Any eating disorder is a problem that a trained professional can help you with. please get help for yourself so you can break this cycle. Good luck.
You definatly have a binge eating disorder. You should contact a therapist for help, because it would be incredibly hard to pull through on your own. Start by slowly cutting out some of the snack times to exercise. Or by adding in healthier food, and slowly substituting in healthier foods for the junk foods. You could also try to always be so busy that you can't eat while at work.
Good luck getting through!
Drink like a huge glass of water when you want to binge - its a natural appetite suppressant. Stop eating junkfood, its chemically addicting,
Been there done that. You do have an eating disorder which I too had as well. I would even awaken from sleep at 2am in the morning and drive myself to Burger King for a full meal.

I went from 130 pounds to 263 pounds before I hit rock bottom. I started exercising everyday and reading lots of books on eating disorders, mostly binge eating.

I went from 263 pounds down to 151 pounds in about 18 months. It was not easy and I spent alot of days crying because I wanted my addiction........ "food" ,,,,,,,,like any other person with an addiction problem.

I still have eating, binge, problems from time to time but not to the degree that I had before. I continue to read about the disorder to continually improve on myself.

P.S. The headaches are withdrawal symptoms.

You can do this "stop"-"Read"-"Get Support"

When I started exercising, I didn't diet for the first year, my goal was to just exercise everyday for about an hour. which I enjoyed because I would go for ice cream after. After about
1 year and 2 months of exercising and losing about 82 pounds. I then decided to go on a diet which I lost 10 pounds per month for the next three months and hit my goal of 151 pounds. Even though I did not diet for the first year or so, I slowly began to lose weight as I got more control over my binge eating and finding other ways to comfort myself and/or fill the voids that I was allowing food to fill. Best of luck.
