Please Help! I just ate a huge meal and I do NOT have an eating disorder. Is it okay and effective to vomit?

I have done that a couple of times over the course of the last three or four years. It will help you to feel better. It also helps to pull your arms over your head to stretch your ribcage and give your stomach a little more room. You are probably almost slouching because your stomach hurts so bad.
Once or twice is probably okay--but don't make it a habit.
Well if you are hurting, then you need to expell the excess from your stomach, you dont want it to stretch. Just make sure you brush your teeth afterward, stomach acid is really bad for your teeth.
Do you do this often? I have to admit that there are times when I have over eaten and feel like total crap; however, if this becomes a habit....you have problems. Just be aware of warning signs. I have never gone to puke when I have over eaten, but I can definitely feel you pain.
It's not ok, and even though it will cause some food to come out, not all will. Additionally, it could cause damage to your teeth, stomach and other things. Don't vomit.
Just walk around and wait it out. Your digestive system will catch up eventually.
I dont have a eating disorder but I have scarfed and barfed before. It didn't hurt me
absolutely NOT! Go on a walk to help the digestive process to work more rapidly, it will make you feel better. Or just be miserable for about an hour, you will remember how you felt and might not overeat next time.
