I need to get rid of my eating disorder..and i can't?? help..? |
i have had bulimia for 3 years prior to now...i got better.....but now i just recently relasped and i dont know why......im 5'9 and 124lbs.....my biggest fear is being fat......and im not that huge......but its starting to take its toll.....any advice? No matter what I or somebody else says here.. you have to go to a specialist. This is not an issue you can solve by just getting advice... On a side note, being fat is no bad.. the beauty is in the eye of he beholder.. I am normal size, but I love bigger ladies... :) Source(s): http://www.themorbidme.com if you want to eat but are scared of putting on or feeling fat. eat yr specified amount then workout. this way you know yr burning calories. makes you feel good. read tips on calorie burning and more on healthier eating on this site free tips and articles on almost any topic - http://free-articles.50webs.com... I should be the last person telling u this (I'm going thru something similar) but u should try ur hardest to love urself. I know it's a struggle, but it's worth getting over (i hope.) U should talk to a professional about this. I'm not gonna bytch at u about ur weight, cuz it might seem important to u at this moment. Take care hun <333 That is something that would be hard to give up. I almost turned to bullimia when i felt that i was overweight, but i decided not too. I heard someone talk about their eating disorder, and she described how hard it was too stop. But she did and now she is very happy about how she looks. i think that the best way to stop would be to just take it one day at a time. For example when u eat breakfast dont think about how many calories u just ate and watch tv or do something that keeps your mind off of throwing up what u just ate. Exercise and get active to stay in shape instead of hearting your body and yourself for what you are doing to yourself. Please try very hard and dont give up! Good Luck!! Have a cookie |
