Is there anybody on here suffering from a eating disorder? |
What are some of the things you do to not eat? What are some of the routines or crash diets you take on throughout the disorder? Yesterday i had 3 cups of green tea and half a grapefruit. I can't bear to eat white bread but sometimes I binge on cake or chocolate, which I regret later. My friend who was very anorexic and recovered still can't eat lots of things or eat after 7pm. Mind you we are both crazy, because it just ruins your body. Plus since this started i haven't had a boyfriend and have lost a lot of friends, so really its not worth it. Plus my mum keeps stripping me down to my underwear and weighing me so I can't hide any weights on me to add to the number on the scale. Yeh, so just don't go there. But to further answer your question. I don't/can't bring myself to eat: meat, heavy carbs like rice, sweet things, anything with cream or fat or oil, and my weird habits: big binge/purge episodes, occasional over exercise, drinking lots and lots of green tea, not eating at night, i weigh myself at least everyday sometimes twice or more times. I think thats most of the big things, but most of its in head. i do but its not fun....you dont want it cuz its too hard to get rid of Don't do it! people die from it I dont. But I know that when I would force myself to not eat a day or two. i would just avoid food at all costs. Drink LOTS of water... to where it almost made me feel sick (the water that is) and I slept alot. ha. Just to try to keep myself from not eating. people with eating disorders though, are not rigth mentally so it is sometimes easier for them to not eat, or to throw it up afterward. |
