I'm so scared..chew&spit out..am i eating disorder? |
i chew and spit food out...i thought it's ok..i know it's not healthy but i said to myself it's not as bad as anorexia.. i just searched on line and found out that chew&spit out is another form of eating disorder!! what am i gonna do? can i recover? im so scared!!!! can anyone give me some professional information about the side effect of chew&spit out? please help me..i really want to get rid of it!! i had that problem for 2 years. i used to eat and throw up, or chew and spit. its psychological, you mos def need to go see a doctor. now i eat healthy and exercise. exercising is a great and fun way to lose all the weight you're fear. eating is a great way to communicate with people you love. u need to make "eating" a fun thing to do! i bet you hate eating as much as u love eating...right? well, ur like this because of the world today, please, go ahead and eat (eat healthy!) but DO exercise. try something fun, like cardio work out...like tae bo. i've been doing tae bo since i recovered and its been great, i feel great and healthy all around! I have this same problem too. I'm currently recovering. I had ednos. But, this chewing and spitting addiction still stays with me. I just wanna say you are not alone in this. We'll find hope someday. I promise. it is anorexia, see a doctor, chewing wont give you enough food value to survive on, when you use up your bodies reserves you will die. i am not kidding, see a doctor fast, The disorder you're referring to is Bulimia Nervosa. It's when you eat normally, but get rid of it through throwing up. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/bulimia_ner... no its not bulimia nervosa she said she spits, not throws up. It might be a type of bulimia, but either way, its probably a good idea to go to a doctor and do what he/she tells you instead of seeking advice from here...GO TO A DOCTOR!!! If you're soooooo scared , just swallow your damn food ! |
