How can i help my friend who has an eating disorder? |
How can i help my friend who has an eating disorder? ok well the if she is younger like under 18 and i know you dont want to betray your friends trust but the best thing for you to do is tell her parents even though she might hate you but its well worth it...i am only assuming she is younger because that is usually when most eating disorders typically start with girls in their teens and twenties if she is older try to convincer her to go seek help at a medical facility good luck Do a google for eating disorder and you should find lots of info on how to help as a friend what type of eating disorder? maybe dieting or counseling could help give her something to eat you should order her/him to stop tell her that no one thinks shes fat and that you care and are worried. im not completely sure if this will work but it would make her feel loved if that is one of the reasons she stopped eating |
