Help me, , I think i have some sort of eating disorder? |
well ever since i saw a bowlflex commercial ive started to feel fat, and over weight, sometimes i dont eat cause i feel like i'll gain 100 pounds, and i dont know if im over weight or not, im 14/5'9/ weigh 149 pounds, am i overweight? According to your height and I am assuming you are male because of Jack J as you ID you are just fine. As a matter of fact, if you are anywhere between 144 and 176 you are considered healthy according to the Body Mass Index. Also, don't compare yourself to people in the Bowflex commercials because these are people who devote their whole lives to fitness I am somewhat of a gym rate and don't even come close to the physique these guys have. Don't worry about what you eat just worry about how much you eat. And if all else fails a nice jog will always do you good. Have Fun. well for starters you're 14, you have a lot of developing to do. and if you're concerned that you may have an eating problem bring it up to your parents...they can get you help well your prolly not overwieght. the people who make the camercials are like body builders so dont feel bad. No, you are not. http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/calcula... How old are you? Are you muscular? Muscles weigh more than fat so if you are muscular and heavy then that is a good thing. Overweight is when your stomach and lower bulges in places it shouldn't. Try and eat healthily. [friut and veges] and exercise regularly. You can eat what you like, Chocolate cake, every now and then but as the Christmas saying says, Eating sugar all day is okay if you excersise but don't make it a Christmas Month, that IS bad. No you're not underweight or overweight |
