How can i get someone to admit they have an eating disorder? |
this girl i know has lost a ton of weight, shes mentally unstable and has many signs of a eating disorder/bilumia. she lies alot and wouldnt tell me if she did have this problem that i think she has. i have no proof and am not sure how to approach this. what can i do to find out for sure and to provide her with help? all thou this may not be what you are looking for the truth is your friend has to admit to her self she if it is so has a problem and if you push this point with her you may drive her further into denial. for now the best you can do is just be with her ready for if and when she does admit to it as this will be the hardest time. Source(s): medical research **I KNOW YOU CAN USE REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY, SAY"WHEN I WAS YOUNG I HAD A TREMENDOUS WEIGHT LOSS AND I WAS A BULEMIC..MANY PEOPLE TRY TO HELP ME BUT I FELT LIKE I WAS AN OUTSIDER AND COULD NOT RELY ON ANYONE FOR HELP,AND I FEEL ALONE,,...TELL ME DO YOU FEEL THAT WAY TOO?,ITS OKAY TO TELL ME IF YOU FEEL THAT WAY ONLY I AM GOING TO KNOW" THATS WHAT I DID TO MY FRIEND AND SHE STARTED CRYING AND FINALLY ADMIT SHE WANTED TO LOOK LIKE A MODEL AND HAD ONLY BEEN EATING 2 BREADS A DAY!, OR YOU CAN SEND HER TO A PSYCHOLOGIST AND THEN IT WILL BE GREAT TRY IT!! IT WORKS! |
