How many of you have or think you have an eating disorder? |
Sometimes I think I do, cause I'm always on an extreme diet of some sort....and I do think thin is better than thick. Sometimes i think i do too. I wish i could change that. i think that i rely on food to calm me down. i have a pretty good metabolism though so i dont gain a lot of weight. but i think being healthy (food AND exercise) should be more of what you are going for. then your body determines what it should look like naturally. fit is better than mushy :) I know I do... I go back and forth from EXTREME dieting, having to force myself to eat at all and exercising like crazy, to eating everything in sight like a freaking bottomless pit... I guess I have two, then. Compulsive Eating and Anorexia... Too bad I can't afford a therapist... :) Every once in a while I got read a book or watch a movie where a person with an eating disorder dies or comes close and it scares me into eating good again... I do and I'm a male....I work out way too much ppl say i do but i dont think so....i eat when im hungry so does that make it wrong that im not hungry when other people are??? Thin people and THICK people? I've always called them FAT. The only person who can make you feel fat or thin is YOU. If other people make you feel that way, you have a problem with psychosomatic disorder, not weight. I do..I diet...take laxatives(prescribed)..everyon... tells me I look better now than I did a year ago...but when I look in the mirror...I still see that overweight young girl that I was growing up. I was teased so much. I live on a diet but can't lose weight. I am obsessed with it at times...I weight my self everyday and decide what I will eat depending on what the scale says. I will have carrot sticks if I gained a pound...or more. well...ok...thats enough..yes..I think I do |
