What should I do if my BEST FRIEND has an eating disorder?

What should I do if my BEST FRIEND has an eating disorder?

address the situation with her. if she denies it then that is all right. you know that she really wants help. tell an adult figure that maybe she is really close to. i wouldnt tell her parents because they might get really mad and that wont resolve anything. you need a mutual party to help them through this. if she gets mad at you just know that what you are doing is the right thing and one day she will thank you for it.
so your saying you have a eating disorder.
definetly tell someone about it.get her help!its what a friend would do for a friend.even if she gets mad at u now(not saying she will),shell thank u later for saving her life.dont worry, just plz get her help.
Depends no your age and her age and how you have determined that she has an eating disorder.

If you are kids still in school go to your school counselor and tell him/her or tell a supportive teacher. Unless you are on good close terms with her mom, then you could try telling her mom. This is a very big thing and you will need people with more life experience than you to help.

If you are grown people, amass your evidence and information then confront her. YOU can't do much more for an adult than confront her then be supportive as you can till she reached the point she wants help.
talk to her/him first. Then if things are still on going. Talk to him or her family about it. And if things persist go to a DR or Someone in the health care profession and tell them that you have tried to help
