M yfriend is 5"4, 103 pounds, female, and 14 years old, I think she has an eating disorder......? |
She hardly eats, and when she does eat she will have very little. I know for a fact that she always skips breakfast, and she is exercising a lot, and she is becoming obssesed with her weight, even though she's not even fat! Does she have an eating disorder? yeah i would say so. she could have tell her to go to the doc and explain the symptoms she should talk to her parents she may just be small or have a high metabolism maybe you could talk to her mom same basic question...the chick is THIN, and from what you say sounds like she could very well be on her way to developing an eating disorder...but we aren't doctors... There is no sure way to tell. One of the sure signs if if she talks about eating as if it is an evil. I highly recommend talking to your friend about it in a calm manner. Don't play the offensive because that may push her away but getting her to see a therapist just for the sake of a diagnosis could ease your mind or set her on the right path. My common sense YOUR THE ONE WITH AN EATING DISORDER Sounds to me like this could become a problem. More and more people are developing eating disorders lately. The problem is she will deny it if you ask her. Your best bet is to talk to her parents and make them aware of the situation. From there they can decide what to do. They should know her best. There are so many treatment centers for anorexia now. |
