What is the best type of diet for me if i'm trying to get over an eating disorder?

Trust me i have the same problem...there's no real specific way to get over it...you should go to mypyramid.gov and find out what foods you SHOULD be eating. after that it's up to you to stay ontop of your eating habits.. like eating at least a little bit for every meal that you SHOULD be eating
I would go see a Nutritionist or Dietician at a major hospital and then can show you what is the healthiest diet to begin. Following a Nutritionist is helpful to get the kind of nutritional counseling you need after an eating disorder.
Start by eating 5 meals every day. A small breakfast, a morning snack, a big lunch, an afternoon snack, and a small dinner with desert. And try not to throw up afterwards or eat too much.
