What are ways I can lose weight quickly healthy or unhealthy just, short of a freaky eating disorder?

Low carb plus aerobic exercise.
There are schools of thinking which suggest a lot of the weight on your body is actually "False Fat." It's caused by eating foods you are either 'sensitive' to, or are 'allergic' to. Some doctors can do blood tests to determine what foods you have sensitivities or allergies to, or you can do a self-diagnostic, per se, which allows you to test what foods cause bad reactions in your body. Anything which causes your blood pressure to rise would be something you're sensitive or allergic to. Of course, there's more to it than that, and I could go on about this, but I think it would be better explained by the author of the book.

Now, I should let it be know that right now, I'm only reading this book; I'm not practicing any of it yet. However, according to the author, that afore mentioned "False Fat" will melt off within two weeks and boost your energy level drastically, if you can remove the foods you are sensitive or allergic to from your diet... the weight will even stay off permanently!

The book is called "The False Fat Diet," by a man named Elson M Haas, an M.D., along with someone named Cameron Stauth. This guy says, "This diet will work for anyone." If he's right, then this is EXACTLY what you need. Good luck.
low fat healthy foods, fresh fruits and veg. lean meat, chicken and fish. salads, potatos, pasta and rice.
plenty of aerobic exercise such as fast walking, running, dancing, cycling, swimming etc
u need to do at least 20-30 mins, 3 times a week building up to 5 times a week.

there is a hospital diet we call it the "kaiser diet" honestly don't know the actual name but you eat 3 meals a day for 4 days and at the end of the 1st week you lose between 8-10pnds and the 2nd week another 8-10 pnds. I did it a while ago and sometimes I was so full but you have to eat everything it tells you. Trust me it worked. But you could not do it for more than 2wks in a row. You don't go hungry and you eat a lot of healthy food I think the combination its what makes your body lose the weight. Try looking for it in a medical website. I remember some of what you eat but not the whole week. Good luck.
