Eating problems/disorder whatever it would be called?

So here is my problem:
I start my day not being hungry at all, with the sense of overeating (which is probably true, read on), and any tought of food will make me feel like throwing up. Later on, at about 4 or 5, i suddenly start shaking, and i feel as though i can eat a horse (literaly). And that's exactly what I do. I want to get rid of the hunger and shaking, so I eat untill I'm full. This repeats, and sometimes i wake up suddenly at night, and i just have to eat something. I've tried to break down my big meals into smaller, and more, portions throughout the day, but as i said before, i still feel sick, and when i suddenly get hungry again, i can't continue my day without getting rid of the shaking (which takes untill im well full). If I don't eat, I shake like crazy, if i do, I feel sick.I just don't know why this is happening or what i can do about it. Does anyone know why my hunger is so sudden? (And I have no known medical conditions)
Please help, serious answers only.

Here is what may be happening:

When wake up, your body expects food. Your blood sugar has been dropping all night. But if you don't eat, it will continue to drop.

Then, you will start shaking and getting hungry. That is your body's way of making you eat b/c it thinks are you starving to death. Typically, it will make you binge b/c it doesn't know when you are going to give it food next.

So, let's say you feel bad about that, and try not to eat for a while. Bad move, b/c the same cycle will repeat itself again.

Now, let's look at a different scenario. If you had eaten in the morning (you can eat a little, and train yourself to get used to it), your blood sugar would most likely be normal. Then, 2-3 hours later, you could eat a little more. Same thing a little later. That way, your metabolism stays up, your blood sugar stays level and you don't get the hunger cravings, the binging and the guilt.

I am not a doctor but that is what I see based on what doctors have told me when I have this issue.

I'm sorry, I know it is a very difficult thing to go through. Perhaps this will help. But please do check with a doctor just to be sure to get proper medical advice or testing.

One more thing--what you eat can also make a big difference. Here is a website you may want to look at:

That sounds just like what I am talking about. Thank you so much for your answer!

I once heard about an eating disorder when I was in psychology. My teacher worked at a clininc and they had patients who were alwyas hungry and never were satisfied. they had to lock up the cafe. You need to see a doctor or psychologist.
you MUST go to a Dr and tell him or her all of this. There are a number of possible problems including stomach ulcer which can be healed.
Listen honey, it sounds like you may be having problems keeping your blood sugar stabilized. I have low blood sugar and it will causes me to tremble when it starts dropping. (It's a dangerous condition and should be addressed by a doctor)

It sounds like you're "bingeing and purging". It is an eating disorder that can lead to other disorders. You need to talk to someone you trust about your problem and work on getting it under control. It's not healthy... in fact if it goes on long enough, it can become deadly.

Good luck, and remember... TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
