Mayonaise is close, but actually the real culprit is Miracle Whip. I know several cases where people from NYC have traveled west and ordered a BLT sandwich with Mayo but instead recieved a BLT with Miracle Whip, shortly after all hell broke loose, because people from the East are not known for thier polite manners in the first place.

pratikh: I'd suggest avoiding mayonnaise altogether, especially in the west with people who enjoy white powder.
