I dont have an eating disorder? |
okay, so some people think im skinny, others think im average. the other night i went out to a party and 2 girls were like you look anerexicly sick, and i was so upset because i dont have an eating disorder. I donteven consider my self that thin. I'm like 130 pounds and 5'6. That is not abnormally skinny. Even my parents say "your too thin" eat something. I dont think I need to and its just really disturbing always having peopel comment on my weight when I weigh average for my age and grade. I'm 16. Maybe they're all fat. Don't change anything. that's really weird. So what is your question? Dont let people bother you you are skinny be happy! If you are eating at least 1400 calories a day (without exercise mind you, if you exercise it should be 2000) you are not anorexic. Some people just have faster metabolisms! Those girls might just be jealous... Your weight is inline with your height. I was skinny when I was your age and I had no eating disorder. I always heard comments about how I "needed" to eat. If you eat healthy and you are healthy than you are just fine. It's like that for me, but i am underweight due to no fault of my own, i eat like a pig but my metabolism prevents me from gaining weight. Just shrug the comments off, if they feel the need to comment on YOUR weight, it must mean they are insecure about THEIR'S and are trying to make themselves feel better. If people say you're anorexic or have an eating disorder, eat stuff in front of their faces like a chocolate cake and go mmmmmm yummm, i bet you can't eat one of these and still stay skinny! As long as you know yourself you dont have a disorder, screw everyone else, just be happy :D |
