My friend thinks she has an eating disorder but i dont think so?

cuz she says she's just not hungry. everytime she eats she feels like throwing up.
she had a baby 1 1/2 years ago and i know shes been trying to lose the weight, but i know shes not anorexic (shes mexican for godssake) but whats wrong with her?
i think it has something to do with her hormones
shes 15 btw

I don't know if it would still be hormones from having her baby. I know after I had my oldest daughter I had no appetite for a few months and I lost about 15 pounds because I just wasn't hungry but it seems like my appetite came back around the same time as my Post Pardum Depression went away. It could be a lot of different things, I don't thing she had an eating disorder but it sounds like something is going on with her. Stress will do it to you so if she is under a lot of stress that could be causing it.
She should go see a doctor, they will be able to help her find out what is wrong.
Trust your friend, in whatever she says. You are right she probably is dealing with a lot of stress which can cause weight to go up as well as down. Just stand by her. And let her know that you are there. Which it sounds like you are doing. So you are on the right track. Just keep an eye on her. And show her love and support through it all. I hope and pray things work out for your friend. :)
ummm prolly not and just to let you and your friend know ALL kinds of people can get eating disorders it is a mental diesese and her being mexican does not exclude her from being able to get an eating disorder
