I think I'm starting to develop an eating disorder...?

I know that it will only lead to problems, but I can't help it. What can I do before I get too deep into this?

Therapy and support group are your options. Those are the ways that people succeed. You'll need help to beat this. Do you have health insurance to pay for a therapist?

If you don't, you should look for support groups in your area. Look for one that's led by someone who has some training. You can call nearby hospitals and ask. They keep lists of things like that to refer people.

Hopefully, you're insured, and you can just look up a therapist who takes your insurance. Some of them specialize in eating disorders, which would be even better.

You are very smart to start working on this now, before you do permanent damage.
go to your doctor and have him refer you to someone how can help you, good job for wanting to get help before you get to deep in!
there are treatment centers, websites, even helplines that you can call to get help. talk to someone before it starts to get worse
