True that if food doesn't touch lips, means eating disorder?

I often see models do this, but I want to know if it is true that if food doesn't touch a person's lips (just with teeth) it has something to do with having an eating disorder?

I know women who eat this way because they don't want to smudge their lipstick or get food on their face. Other people do it out of habit. It is not necessarily a sign of having an eating disorder, but it can be when combined with other symptoms (see link below). It can also be many other things.

Totaly haberdashery. No such corelation. Models do it so when a paparazzi camera fllashes they dont look like a baby who just got done eating a gerber meal.
