How can I get help for an eating disorder?

I don't want to tell anyone that I have an eating disorder (bulemia). Although, I know I need help. I want to do this on my own because I am afraid of telling someone. I don't have anyone I trust enough to tell, and at this point in my life I can not take time off work to get help. Is there a support group I can go to online for help? I need some answers please :(. I've been dealing with this since I was 15 and I am 22 now.

You did not say where you are from. So the best I can suggest is that you check up local listings of pyschologist, make a call and then enquire over the phone first to see if there is a doctor that can help you.

If you need help from your eating disorder, then you must make the time for it. You need to take responsibility of your own health.

See a psychologist. They'll be able to help. If you put
your job above your personal health, then you have a
much bigger problem than you realize.

Best of health & good luck.
