okay well i have a some friends at school that are saying i am anorexic. believe me im not i <3 food. Their resoning behind this is because 1, im thin 2, one week at school i didnt eat as much as a normally do cause, welllll i had my first period and felt a little sick. i didnt tell them about the period thingy cause that is a little discusting lol. They told my health teacher and i had to have a 'talk' with her. I started crying in front of her cause i just cant take this anymore! My health teacher said she will get it worked out with my friends, but im worried about going to lunch tomorrow. If i sit with other people, they'll get mad. WHICH they already are at me cause i keep denying it, BUT ITS TRUE!!!! how can i show then and make them believe that im telling the truth? Please help me, this is going WAYYY to far and i cant take it anymore and am so scared and embarrased to go to school!:[
help please.
thanks:{

Its hard - your friends obviously care about you and are worried about you. Anytime my friends see me smoke, they make a big deal about it and b*tch to me for hours. I know that care about me and I endure it, though it pisses me off beyond all belief. I would just tell them that you weren't feeling well, so you didn't eat that much. Tell them that you relly appreciate them caring about you, and you promise you would come to them if something is wrong. Granted, put yourself in their shoes - it does sound like you are denying it. It may be best to pull a close friend aside and tell them exactly what was going on, and how this is bothering you. If they believe you, then they can tell the rest of you friends and this whole thing would blow off. I would try that - if you confront someone one-on-one then you can explain yourself better, and they can patch things up for you. I still hang with my friends, I just absorb their badgering (and I know their right, but it still is annoying).
wow..i cannot believe your friends would do something like that! well if you really think this is getting out of hand and they really wont leave you alone about it and believe you, then i suggest you should sit with different people and you dont need to prove to them that you're telling the truth because if they were your real friends then they'd let it go and trust you that you're honest.

much luck <3
You should just tell them why you didnt eat that day and they need to believe you and drop it. I find it odd that after only a day or so they come up with this assumption. Are you leaving some details out or are your freinds just mad that you are thin. I think you should take some time to figure out who your real friends are or handle any problems you have with yourself.
They are just jealous of you because you have a better body than them, and they don't want to admit they so they're just gonna tell you you're anorexic
forget what they say. If your friends are like that, then they shouldn't be your friends. I reccommend that you should get some friends who don't really care if you have eating disorders. ..
This girls really don't sound like friends. I know that friends don't just go behind your back to talk about you. If they really think that they are your friends and want to help then they should have come to you. All you have to do is go sit somewhere else even if it's alone. I'm sure they'll come to their senses and appologize.
