Have I Got An Eating Disorder? |
Im A Uk Size 10, Slim?? Well Not To Me, My Friends And Family Say How Curvy And Slender I Am But I Dont See It. All I See Is Fat, In The Mirror I See I Pregnant Lady. Now To You It Might Sound Stupid But Its Become An Obession, I Want To Be Skinny But My Friends Say Im Fine. But I Dont Think Im Fine. This Is A Picture Of Me Now I Think I Look Fat What Do You Think??? Is There Somebody Wrong With Me? http://www.bebo.com/photoalbumbig.jsp?pa... Well if you think like that, than you maybe should consider getting help from an professional. i read somewhere that about 40% of women feel the same way. its just a case of forcing the paranoia out of your head Every one is fat but size 10 is not fat at all compared to most women. Only start to worry when you hit size 14. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. Except That You Type Like This. =) you would know if you have anorexia... for example...do you limit what you eat and limit calorie intake...weigh yourself a lot...become obsessed with the numbers on the scale...do you feel a sense of power when you push the food aside on your plate...do you hide yourself in baggy clothing [some do this, some don't]...are you afraid of people finding out your obsession...and secretly want to keep up the habit...feel you are "fat"...hate yourself...scared and terrified of being "fat"...think about not eating..or what you have ate..or what you don't want to eat way more than the average person...is it taking over your life...are you striving for perfection [some have that issue]...are you striving for ulitmate control over yourself and your life [many have this issue]... i REALLY hope you don't have an ED b/c it can take over your life..and relapse is so so common... all the things i listed above don't all HAVE to apply but those are common things... but trust me deep down you'd know... struggling/struggled with anorexia for the past 5 or 6 years...
