An eating disorder??? |
lately ive been really concern about my weight, since i was like 11 years old i been dieting because i thought i was "fat" but the true is that my whole life ive been really skinny now im 15 years old 5'4 and i weigh like 129 but i still think im fat everybody tells me im okay but im not happy wit my weight sometimes i starve myself and only consume about 100 cal a day and some other times i eat a lot and wont stop till i make myself sick and throw up!!! tomorrow ima start a more organize diet consuming about 500 cal a day...is this ok?? what do i need to do to stop this? but i still wanna loose about 15 pounds.....how much weight would i loose if a consume less than 500 cal for about 2 wks or more?? This is definitely an eating disorder- seek help! If you continue eating only 500 calories a day, you will oh my gosh! 500cal is not enough at all! your weight sounds fine even if you have a small build... You need to see a doctor. Tell him/her about your situation and ask for help organizing a healthy diet. That is somewhat like an eating dissorder called exercise belimia. this is where you allow yourself a certain amount of calories and then burn almost all or all of it off. this is not good. Exspecially since your 15 and still growing. and obviously your aware of the fact that you are skinny and its just that you make your self think your fat. dont worry im there right now. but 500 calories a day isnt ok. you need at least, AT LEAST, about 1400 calories a day. and that would be like starving yourself which isnt good. you will get results you dont want and look grossly skinny. DONT count cals okay sweetie.............the most beautiful women eat healthy and have curves remember that. Stick women are no attractive . Life is hard and it takes work to be healthy you need to eat atleast three meals a day and two or three small healthy snacks. Vitamins fiber are also important around 1800 or 2000 cals a day is great for you with some moderate excercise a walk in the am or evenings would be great. DIETS are not always good eat real foods real butter real sour cream and enjoy life, have fun relax dont stress, im not a doctor but i have studied nutrition, concider talking to soemone you need to realize that being healthy IS pretty and being a stick is NOT you sound like you are at a great weight so please seek a friend or counsler to talk to and find out why you feel the way you do. :.*PERSONALLY I ENVY YOU FOR WEIGHING THAT MUCH BECAUSE I'M 5'3 N I WEIGH 107 (TALK ABOUT SKINNY LOL) N I HATE THAT I EAT, AND EAT AND I JUST DON'T GAIN ANY WEIGHT, BUT ANY WAYS I HAD A FRIEND WHO WAS ALWAYS COMPLAINING ABOUT HER WEIGHT AND ONE DAY ME AND HER DID SOME RESEARCH ON HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT THE SAFE AND EASY WAY AND I KNOW THIS MIGHT SOUND CRAZY BUT DID YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU EAT 3 SMALL MEALS A DAY THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY LOOSE WEIGHT, SO SHE DECIDED TO TRY IT AND SURE ENOUGH AFTER 2 MONTHS WENT BY SHE LOST 51/2 POUNDS, WELL I HOPE I WAS ABLE TO HELP, GOOD LUCK!*.: although 500 calories is not enough, you are on the right track. make sure that anything you eat is healthy. try to eat A BARE MINIMUM of 500 calories and DO NOT binge and purge!! |
