Signs of Endometriosis? |
I am having a leparoscopy this month. Just wondering if these are signs of endometriosis- which is why they are going in there: the back pain worries me. I had endo and it ended up on my kidneys. A blood test shows nothing. They need to be doing ultrasounds, ct scans, and a renal scan to rule out any kidney issues. My left ureter became blocked due to endo and it had to come out. You aren't too young to have it. It does sound a lot like endo. I was diagnosed when I was 20 or so. It can happen at any age post puberty. I opted to not have the procedure since I was in college and didn't have a doctor near by. I can say that birth control is a very effective treatment with endo. I tried a bunch until the depo shot and it helped my cramps so much since I didn't have a period. You can lead a very normal life with endo. It's not that bad once it's under control. awe i'm so sorry for you being in so much pain! :( |
