Laparoscopy treatment for Endometriosis ? |
I have had a laparoscopy for Endo on Tuesday. I have a incision just below my hip bone, one in my belly button and one for the gas The pain is usually caused by the gas they put in your stomach. My doctor told me that the gas that was left inside of me has to eventually evaporate in the system. You cannot fart or burp it out. There may still be gas around your rectum area, causing the pain when you defecate. I had laparoscopy treatment in november and it was about a week before the pain started to get better and 2 weeks before it got to a comfortable level. I had pain when i tried to bowel movement, in fact i was quite scared to do the at 1st. The pain did get less. Drink peppermint cordial with warm water! Its not the best tasting but it works x |
