Do I have to take it easy when I have endometriosis? |
I just found out I have endometriosis, my DR and I will discuss treatment in two weeks. I have pain almost all the time and I have a lot to get done and I am wondering if its better to work threw the pain in hopes of strengthening my self or if I need to take it easy Just take it easy, take a bit of excersise and calm down. I have it its horrible. When you discuss treatment, go and ask him coz everyone has different needs :) Take it a bit easier, at least until your doc starts an Rx for your Dx. |
